1. No purchase necessary, no prize substitution.  One entry per person per day. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.

2. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any.

3. Only one winner per household. Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen. All federal, state and local laws apply. For vehicle giveaway, contest open only to licensed drivers 18 years of age or older.  Winner agrees to drive vehicle with vinyl wrap displaying contest advertisers for a minimum 12-month period from the date of receiving said vehicle.  Winner acknowledges this is part of the contest and shall comply accordingly.  In the event winner defaces, alters, or removes any portion of said vinyl wrap, the winner shall pay $5000.00 to Pilati Investments, Inc. as damages for breach of this agreement.

4. Employees of Pilati Investments, Inc., and other sponsors are not eligible to participate to win.

5. By participating in contests, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and rebroadcast for promotional use on WGOL or WKAX, and further agree that their likeness may be used for promotional use on said stations. Winners agree to sign a release agreement and any hold harmless agreement requested. In exchange for the right to participate in the contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify station, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of participant’s participation in the contest.

6. Pilati Investments, Inc., limits the winning of major prizes to once every six months. Listeners shall be limited to one prize, of any value, per month.

7. Pilati Investments, Inc., reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as to end contests at anytime. All decisions of station management with regarding to awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering a contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.

8. Pilati Investments, Inc., is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching station. If a caller gets disconnected for any reason before their name and phone number have been recorded, another call will be taken. In case of ballot entry contests, if ballot form is illegible, a new form will be drawn. Ballots must be filled out by actual person entering to win contest. No substitutions. If ballot was filled out by a third person, a new ballot will be drawn.

9. Complete copies of these rules are available at the stations’ websites, in person at the station’s studio at 113 Washington Ave. NW, Russellville, Al., 35653, during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the station at this address.

10. By participating in any contests, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the promotion.

11. The rules are subject to change without notice.
